Exercise helps 50-age women turn back to thirties

Fitness is an important thing for everyone and for that we must do daily workout atleast for one hour. For women’s, daily one hour workout will regain their fitness they had in thirties, a research suggests. This research was done in America and from the research it shows that over-50s women who make regular exercise, bike ride and swimming will bring them to thirties especially in their body fitness.

This research was done on older women reveals 12 weeks of exercise was enough to produce the rejuvenation. At the University of California scientists found that postmenopausal women can achieve the same fitness as younger women. If you see many celebrities like pop singer Madonna who still look healthy at the age of 51 and the age of 64 TV presenter Anne Robinson does weight training daily. So keep your body fit and healthy.
