After earning $71 million in the domestic box, office since debuting in theatres on October 28, Sony’s This Is It, pop singer Michael Jackson's musical movie will release in DVD format on January 26, 2010.
The DVD version will also have many extra clippings to attract viewers, the same day the Blu-ray will also be released which will have music videos from "Smooth Criminal" and "Thriller".
The DVD will cost around $28.96; where in the Blu-ray will come with a price tag of around $39.95.
Jackson’s brothers planned to release the unheard song of Michael on 12th of October, the song features backing vocals by Michael brother’s and the song was named as This Is It. Sony Music said this song will also appear in a new album with some of his classic hits. But for us it is not clear when MJ wrote this song and scored the music. Singer Akon and Will have been working with MJ before his death. This song will be a new treat for Michael fans and I am sure it will rock. Michael Jackson died before two weeks of his concert in London O2 arena, everyone was waiting for that concert, but Michael died. John McClain, the music executive says MJ is one of God’s greatest gifts to all the people in this world. This album will have two discs, the first disc has some of his greatest hits and ending with this new song and the second disc will include his unreleased MJ tunes. According to me Michael Jackson was an angel sent by the god to heal this world by his music.
