This research was done in America and from the research it shows that over-50s women who make regular exercise, bike ride and swimming will bring them to thirties especially in their body fitness.
This research was done on older women reveals 12 weeks of exercise was enough to produce the rejuvenation. At the University of California scientists found that postmenopausal women can achieve the same fitness as younger women. If you see many celebrities like pop singer Madonna who still look healthy at the age of 51 and the age of 64 TV presenter Anne Robinson does weight training daily. So keep your body fit and healthy.

Cigarettes are favourites for some people, especially for youth. To regulate the tobacco the Food and Drug Administration was given authority, so that the Federal health officials in America banned the sale of flavored cigarettes. Children and teenagers like smoking because of the flavors of the cigarettes. This ban is imposed to stop the sale of flavor cigarettes with vanilla, chocolate and other flavorings. These flavored cigars had a good profit in market. These cigars will lead the kids and teenagers to become regular smoker. So this ban is imposed to stop the young adults indulged in smoking. Before five years these flavor cigars were used mostly by teenagers than the people over the age of 25. The Senator Tom Harkin said using cigars with flavors like strawberry, chocolate and other flavors will slow the rate of addiction among young smokers; it will also prevent disease and saving millions of life. The study says over 3600 children and teenagers start smoking everyday and among them over 1100 become daily smokers. The ban on flavored cigarettes comes three months after President Obama signed the legislation giving authority to regulate tobacco.

In the western Australian desert researchers have found an unusual kind of meteorite and the new finding suggests that the meteorite came from the solar system. We all know that the meteorites are the only physical record of the formation of our solar system and from this meteorite the researchers can find some valuable information. By researching on this meteorite, the researchers can find where this individual meteorite originated and how they were moving around the solar system prior to falling to Earth. Around the past two hundred years totally 1100 meteorite has fallen in Earth. Mr. Phil Bland, the lead author from the department of Earth Science and Engineering at Imperial College London says that we are so excited about this new finding. It’s really rare for the researchers to tell about where the meteorite came from they are in bit confusion and after this new finding only the researchers will come to know.
